Don't have much body fat. So looking to build muscle mass and keep a lean look.

Every since I could remember I wanted to have a body I could be proud of. Now that I have the knowledge on how to make that happen. I need to keep the motivation level high to succeed in my goal. I am a hard gainer but when I fainally start to make gains I get more motivated which pushes me further. I need to be responsible to myself with the support of like minded people.

Changing your routine may work. Sometimes the body will adapt quickly to the same exercise routine after awhile. Are you trying to gain weight and mass?
