Goal (Short): Never stop training hard
Goal (Long): My short and long term goal is to work out hard consistantly with intensity. Eat six meals a day with much protein and low glycemic complex carbs. Stay in shape and continue to get harder. Look good and feel good all the time. There is nothing like feeling the benefits of working out hard and eating well. It's very rewarding.
