How I Started:
I always been active in cycling and swimming, but never got into weights. When I did lift, I could never put on the muscle so I gave it up. In my last move I figured it was time to get serious and start with a trainer. That's when I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
Because I feel great afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I finally started with a trainer we looked at everything that I was doing wrong. When I added supplements and got on a schedule it all changed. So now everytime I hit the gym, I khow I'm getting closer to my goals.

By Dec '09 I want to add on 8lbs of muscle.
Goal (Long):
Because I'm a thin build and always had a fast metabolism, I've never seen myself as fat and neither has anyone else. But heading into my 30's that changed. My goal is to build and maintain muscle and finally look the way I've always wanted. By the end of 2009, I'd like to weigh about 180# at 12 or 14% body fat. But I've got a knee injury that's keepin me from cardio, so the weight loss is going to have to come from watching the diet.

I want to LOSE 8 lb
