stepped on the scale, saw that i weighed 200lbs and decided i needed a change- just not healthy =/
Why I Love It:
gives me way more energy, better attitude, a more positive outlook on life and i feel more confident with myself. Also don't feel so greasy from eating junk food.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at old pictures of myself, then look in the mirror now. Feels great to not be embarrassed by my size anymore. I also think back when jogging for 1 minutes was tough, now my cardio and strength have greatly improved.
lose this weight once and for all for good.
- drop body fat, so i'm at about 15% BF
- gain muscle
- hope to have a rocking body by next year.
Once i accomplish reaching 15% BF i'm going try for 10%
Jackie Warner - her DVD is cheap, and so far seems relatively effective.
Fitness websites - just exercises, then i put them together myself.
unless i'm doing yoga. i'll follow what's on the site.
Had a doctor's appointment a few days ago, today I found out the results on my blood test. Bad news, my hypothyroidism has gotten worse. My hormone levels were at 6.04, and now are at 8.77. A little depressing that it's still going up after being prescribed medication to bring it down to...
Well ya know its somewhat true. Sophomore yr in highschool i had a weight training class and never had touched a weight. I thought i was strong until i got crushed by 120 lbs lol There were two chicks in there benching 160 and that wasnt gonna work - TRUE STORY. Been at it ever since. How are you doing cutey?
