nacersusaf Well, I wish I could give you a good outline, but the truth is that my diet and workouts vary each day. I never do the same workout twice, and focus on Crossfit style workouts mostly. I eat about 1400 calories per day, and limit cheats to once every few weeks (which is usually a huge night out for a special occasion). I think the keys are really just lifting HEAVY and with intensity, clean low calorie diet, and listening to your body. Dec 22, 2011 8:50am
