It was always a dream of mine to compete, and I started this journey because I was challenged to do so.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to sculpt my physique through hard work. Lifting weights is a spiritual experience for me and gets me through to the other side of any situation I am dealing with.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from diverse sources. Just as I am a multidimensional person so are the reasons that I workout and compete. Additionally, I am a person with intense drive to always push for a better physique. It is that drive inside of me that keeps my spirit alive and pushes me everyday. This lifestyle has given me much purpose and direction. Bodybuilding is an integral part of my continual path toward self betterment.

1-3 minutes. It depends on how many repetitions I complete. 12-15 reps or higher I take about a minute rest. 6-8 reps I rest for about 2 minutes. This is because that is how it takes for the lactic acid to leave the cells of the muscle being used.1-3 minutes. Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
