Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

Iv always been a multi-sport Athlete. Iv trained in Mixed Martial Arts for years obtaining Black belts in both Muay Thai and Kickboxing. I have always been very interested and committed to fitness. At the end of 2008 I shattered my shoulder blade and tore multiple muscles in my upper back and shoulder in a snowboarding accident. After more recovery time than i had hoped for, i am still plagued with intermittent pain. I hope to use my always present natural love for body building to both recover from my injuries and improve without limits.

WHY I LOVE IT:

There's no better feeling than when you leave the gym after a good workout, And living on the beach helps!
