I take only 3 suppliments. I take Optimen Nutriton multivitamin, Optimum Nutrition Mass gainer, and Optimum Nutirition Creatine. I take the Mass gainer in the moring, then the creatine before a workout, then a mix of creatine and mass gainer after the work out and finally one more dose of mass gainer before bed!
