Great blog! No matter the reason we work out. It only makes sense that we should be proud of our accomplishments. Successful people have no problem buying big houses and shiny fast cars, so why should others no matter what it is they are good at be afraid to be proud. Kudos too for showing the world that 45 is no time start slowing down. Great physique for any age!
