I starter working out in my teens. - Weight Training - Cycling - Swimming - 5 Mile Runs I'm ready to take it to the next level to be able to condition & define my body.
Why I Love It:
Feeling energized, it feels good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Home sweet home,Tweed Heads,between Coolangatta Australia. Joy of waking up in the morning & trying something new. Moving to US & change of food made me ill & took a long time for me to adjust. When I started to read Oxygen magazine, the woman's physique & achievements inspired me to find the right way to take care of my body. They have led me to the Bobybuilding.com website with a wealth of information that provided me with right guidance. I use a lot of energy drinks, protein supplements & meal replacements that makes me feel good & healthy. Receiving a free calendar with my Oxygen mag continues to inspire me month by month.

Gaining muscle. Always have been too skinny.
