Home sweet home,Tweed Heads,between Coolangatta Australia. Joy of waking up in the morning & trying something new. Moving to US & change of food made me ill & took a long time for me to adjust. When I started to read Oxygen magazine, the woman's physique & achievements inspired me to find the right way to take care of my body. They have led me to the
Bobybuilding.com website with a wealth of information that provided me with right guidance. I use a lot of energy drinks, protein supplements & meal replacements that makes me feel good & healthy. Receiving a free calendar with my Oxygen mag continues to inspire me month by month.
