MissSage Sounds great! I'm hoping to be a nutritionist, and I'll definitely be helping out people in bodybuilding when I can! My progress is doing pretty damn good, my profile doesn't go that far back, but since Dec I've dropped nearly 9kg and around 35cm off my measurements. bekstanton Hi I have to agree, posting before shots for every one to see takes alot of courage. As you can see I have not done so yet but am thinking its probably time. I lift weights five days a week which I love and do some cardio which I hate. My diet is pretty much text book clean eating. A bit tasteless and alot boring but it works!. Hows yours? lonny47 no it still there ill have to ask the doc if its from any of the meds that i take when i started lifting i went down to 177 now its 204 but alot of it is muscle i take measurments very month. Feb 17, 2012 8:19am
