I first started traing for Rugby Union at school. I then went on to strength train for work, eventually getting into body building and changing my image

Goal (Long):
Recently my training has hit a brick wall with a shoulder injury which required surgery. I'm back on track now with new goals of leaning up and getting stronger by putting on 5kg of lean muscle. I feel that with the right diet, training and motivation I can achieve this goal. By achieving this goal I feel that my life will improve along with my work and social life.
