Lookin' great in those Oct pics, especially considering a long layoff. The results will soon be back and more. Be a shame not to develop that kind of potential!!! But...life doesn't always work easily! Best wishes!
WOW, Increditble photos man! Thick muscle, great definition and cuts and vascular! Super good work. That's what I could only dream my arms and chest would look like! Thanks for the motivation and keep it up! -Ray
Just noticed your profile thought I wouold say Gday. Trained at Zest Joondalup myself for many years, but like most people (bodybuilders) around Joondalup (even Harry the cleaner) we have all gone to Surge. If you havent checked it out do yourself a favour. Stay natural and stay true.

Hey Jesse! Almost November! I'm wondering by how much you exceeded your goal of 89kg by now since you reached it a couple of months ago. Hope you're doing well and enjoying your success.
Congrats on what looks like some awesome progress in the last year, 14kg, you gotta be stoked with that. Im working towards about what you got now. Might look into that Vault stuff. You get it on the net or in Perth?
Stopped in to see what was up. Damn good progress pics -- 14kg in a year, and staying in that kind of condition is outstanding. And you've just about reached your goal 3 months early. congrats.
