Just noticed your profile thought I wouold say Gday. Trained at Zest Joondalup myself for many years, but like most people (bodybuilders) around Joondalup (even Harry the cleaner) we have all gone to Surge. If you havent checked it out do yourself a favour. Stay natural and stay true.

hey dude u got great peaks! what do u think of this schedule? im trying to work my chest so it looks like yours. Mon.- CHEST- 25 push ups, 25 X 2 incline push ups, 25 decline push ups, 25 presses Tues- Shoulders and back- 25 shoulder presses, 25 side laterals, 25 bent over rows Wed.- Bis/Tris- 2 X 20 dumbell curs, 2 X 20 hammer curls, 2 X 20 overhead extensions Thurs. - legs- squats Friday- Abs- 4 X 30 crunches
