Yeah i wanted to go into a bulk cycle,however my PT has talked me out of it and suggests that I should continue to lean. So lean it is :)

Well, they improved up till 260 or so. At that point was prolly my peak, I had my best vertical, was my fastest but at 260 is when I started losing my agility. Like I was the fastest I had ever been in a straight line, but stopping or turning would suffer. Since 260 I have been losing speed and vertical so I guess its a good thing I am just into bb'ing lol
