I sent you a private message with some information on the Body for Life program. Once you’ve had a chance to check it out give me a yell and let me know what you think or if you have any questions I will do my best to provide the answers for you.

Use whatever you can as a motivation tool, the Aussie summer coming up, new clothes or whatever gets you fired up so that you can maintain the routine and get the results you want to achieve. If you are using the Body for Life program you lift weights one day and do cardio the next or if you are pressed for time you can lift and then do cardio right after and have the next day off. Whatever works best.

If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort.
