Umm past five months ahs been rubbish but have turned it around and hopefully will start progressing how i'd like. training has beeen great just diet and all other parts of my life weren't the best. I am glad it's been going well for you. hey i just noticed you have your face up haha i was thinking she is pretty then i remembered and then i realized i had seen a face shot :P

i train twice a day a fair bit morning cardio usually then weights at night but when we are missing a day just do weights twice and maintain high protein. i usually get good sleep but its hard wen i want to see my friends. Yeh movies with the ex i want to be friends she wants to be back on so myah not working out there.... good to hear training is going well just picked up a new training partner in the mornings so now we have a thresome and she seems dedicated so its good.

Hey hope your long weekend is off to a great start how was the Australasian Finals? Has the weather cleared up much? i can't wait for the sun to hit the beach again need a tan though at least have time to get the bod in order for summer yewwww!

Myeh average trained twice Saturday was so tired and then went out with mates ended up in the city and didn't get in bed till 530 so no rest no growth and Sunday was wrecked but still trained great shoulder work out so i was surprised then movies with the ex nothing fun.... what you up to this week training hard i hope missy.....

hey it's going really good i haven't done my morning cardio for the past two days been exhausted but had a great leg workout last night in so much pain today so good. How about you? How was your weekend?

hey man yeah i have been training hard for a while now but diet was needing help a few bb friends gave me hints on how to cook so now it seems to be returning results morning cardio is more fun then i originally expected how's training going for you buddy?

Yeah Legs too... I love being reminded for the next 5 days with every step how good you worked em when i am at home i try an flex them as hard as i can sort of enjoy the feeling lol sicko i know... yeh lunges hurt so bad i used to use wrist straps with the dumbbells but that was a failure nothing worse then being stuck on the ground with a set of 30's tied to you... Abs and Quads are the things i want most actually i lie i want everything....

Yeah training is going well trying to improve my diet whenever i learn something new although i will be changing work hours and conditions soon so it will be harder to eat as much. Cycle is awesome ey i wish i got more of an opportunity to do it but after i tran legs i can't do much for 5 days afterwards it's a little exhausting being sore all the time but one day be sexy and all worth it haha Your abs really do look awesome whats your favorite body part to train?

a place called 77 the most seedy place ever everyone off their heads saw a lot of old friends there though, which is worrying haha man so tired just got back form seeing my first Body building comp it was good although i think my mate is pretty close to being good enough but his to shy. so do you go out much? do you still drink often?

Study is so hard to be honest i have never done it but i need to learn. Nah i didn't have a cheat couldn't bring myself to do it. Went out last night with mates so the 5 o'clock bed time was my cheat...
