How I Started:
When i was very young i was a pretty sick kid spent many years in and out of hospital with a couple year long stints and several years unable to eat or ingest food. My parents done what they were told was best for me resulting in large amounts of meds and around 9 operations. Due to this i was a small kid and very skinny without real eating habits til i was in year 8 and decided to start taking sport abit more serious and found i wasn't to bad and found a true passion. first it was athletics mainly cross country but really it was everything soccer, league, touch, oztag, basketball, swimming anything that was physical i was there. alot of my closest mates played league since the days i should of been in kindy so i decided i would play for comp. thats when i got into weights i have a fairly built uncle who i knew was what i'd like to aim towards so i picked em up and still haven't really been able to put them down and walk away. i still love my sport but as i am getting older i am finding lifting is what i want to do.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling from the burn of a good workout and the hope of confidence at the beach and an overall wellbeing. I also love how it's not part of your life it's a lifestyle from the way you eat to the way you rest it gives me balance and a better perspectve of things and truely shows all actions have a result.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love training so for me too want to train isn't a problem. My ex of almost two years while a great girl was a major distraction and her lack of interest in fitness caused too much stress. Big thanks to my training partner Adam who's always there to push me through my 'last one' and forces me for another two!
BB Accomplishments:
probably not that big of a deal but in 6 weeks i lost .9% body fat with a lean mass gain of 3.5kg's a big deal to me and a sign hard work pays off.

This was taken after about a year and half on and off training. In that time i had started a new job and seeing my girlfriend lost focus and it shows. Weighed about 72 kg's i'm guessing high body fat aswel.

hey mate, yeah training OK... making some pbs which is great news. Hitting it off strong with my new training partner Jai. Its just the dieting.. I seem to have some issues with dicipline of late.. not as of tomorrow though..:) never too late hey. Up the mighty maroons hahaha! ;)-
ahh awesome as, i only train once at the moment, im only doing 2-3 days of cardio a week, so i dont really need to train more than once a day!
ahh good old exes. mine wanted to be mates..but his new gf didnt really like that so i havent spoken to him in a year or so, which sucks, coz he was a good bloke, but oh well.
ahh good stuff, im looking for a training partner, can't find anyone who has the same kind of goals as me. so i just train by myself. =[
heyyy training is prrettty good when i find time to train hahha. sorry for the late reply i havent came on here for a while. How is your training going? i find it really hard to keep to a clean diet and i think that is what is stuffing me up, ive just had exams and havent gone to the gym in like 2 weeks haha i was dying but 2 week holidays are coming up so i can catch up then :)

i have been training very hard. yesterday i trained legs with a coupla mates and it was the best session ive had in a while. ive got some good doms going on today!

yeah, going to the anb australasian finals tomorrow night on the gc here.. then its to the blues festival on sunday.. i too hope the sun comes back.. sick of the rain but then again never know when we gunna see it again! Have a great weekend, catch u next week... Shel.

ummm, fav part is prob legs, i looove squats.. hate lunges though haha. i just like the fatigued feeling you get and the doms.. i feel fat if im not sore haha!
