I want to improve my overall appereance also hopefully gaining some solid mass for football next year as i have always been a relatively skinny bloke also have my diet down perfect as i have really trouble finding a balnced one which suits y lifestyle....
hey bro, I found a diet and workout that worked for me by trial and error. Everyones routine is going to be different depending on their body. My workout week is (Chest,Bi;Legs;BackShoulders;O ff or Calves/Forearms;Triceps;and a Deadlift Day) As for diet, I eat around 5kcal(300Pand200-250Carbs with High Fats)Letme know if you need some more help, Jason
