How I Started:
I had just beaten an eating disorder, and was sick of being pathetic, so I went the opposite direction.
Why I Love It:
I like the thrill of lifting heavier weights and seeing the changes a good routine combined with a good diet can have my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Willpower, it's called willpower.
BB Accomplishments:
None, as yet, unless you count putting on 65 pounds of lean mass in ~2 years as an accomplishment.
