My Workout Program

Starting Lee Labrada's 12 week personal training series.  I believe that the program he's provided will take me to the next level.

On the nutrition front, I'm revamping my diet.  I've been tracking my diet for the last couple weeks and noticed that my sodium consumption is way too high and I need more fruits & vegetables.  I'll be returning to more of a whole food dietary approach.

My supplementation will primarily consist of a multi-vitamin (weider megabolic pack), power bars and whey protein (as needed).
