How I Started:
The summer before i started my senior year in high school i was 6' and weighed around 115 pounds. That summer i was working as a custodian at my high school and i would sneak into the gym there on my break because i wanted to gain weight but i didn't want to deal with the embarrassment of being in the gym with other people. I have been pretty regular in the gym since then but i only got serious about it for a few months at a time.
Why I Love It:
Every day i spend in the gym is one day further away from being being as skinny as i used to be.
