How I Started:
Elliptical 30 minutes a day mon-fri I work my upper body one day lower body next day on weight machines. for about 20 minutes... want to try HIIT training though...
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after working out the "high" and then the after shower workout is the best feeling in the world! I still have a long ways to go- but I am loving it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Oxygen magazine, fitness magazines, shape etc... I want to get there someday too- and the feeling I have each day from working out- is enough to keep me going. If I don't work out I feel like crap...

Goal (Long):
I am eating healthier and exercising 5x's a week. I want to gain muscle too. I am trying HIIT on the Elliptical 2x's a week [Tues & Thurs] and also doing the Elliptical for 30 minutes the other 3 days. I am doing weight machines for my arms one day and leg machines the next alternating for the 5 days.
My goal is to get defined abs, buttocks, thighs, arms, shoulders back- so yes I want to truly TRANSFORM my body! LOL
I'm hoping withing the next year I will have atleast lost 20 more pounds [have lost 22 already] and I want to have defined abs...
