hey man sorry for such a slow reply, buy yes actually i do, what i do is i take say 30lb dumbells for starters and while standing i bend at the knees and kind of lean forward with my chest, then i just take the dumbells and pull them up and down paralell to my thigh. remember to keep good back posture though it probably wouldnt be a good idea to slump over, i like it though seems to work quite well

but thats freakin badass im actually quite jealous about the whole cessna thing lol. im training to be a pilot right now so im flying cessnas around all the time, sometime next fall my dads gunna help me buy a little cessna 172 G1000 to take to aviation school over in oklahoma. does that uh 72 have anyting to do with the 172? prob not lol but jw
