got started back in 2007, always wanted to get big but never found the motivation until i really considered how skinny i was.
Why I Love It:
i can easily tell i have more energy as i begin to diet and exercise a healthy way. school, work, my entire life is just easier. it gives me alot of confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
STAYING NATURAL, Seeing results, feeling great. I feel that working out gives me the power to stay healthy and live a long life so that i am not a burdon on anyone else when i get older.

haha, sorry! just a bit absent minded i guess, i swear im not stupid. i know how to spell PLANE. but the competition was good, i was the only one in my category so i got first, lol. it was a good experience, not sure if its my thing though. well hope you get to fly soon!
Thanks for the workout technique. I gave it a try. It seems body and arm position is somewhat like doing dips but with dumbbells. Does that sound right? I think this does target the rear delts a really weak area for me. I've avoided some things due to my back, so I'll be adding these to my routines and working my way up to heaver weights.
Great progress in such a short time. Can I ask what you've been doing to get the cut where your shoulder ties into your triceps? I think it's mid and rear delt work that gets that effect, but do you have a routine that targets that area? Thanks,
yeah im workin on it, just a little more weight to lose, i dont want to lose too much though, gotta keep the curves, haha. that would be awesome though, i would love to fly in a plane with my name, :)
