My fitness goal is have a body that reflects who I am.
Goal (Long):
I have always been strong with great stamina. But never really had a buffed look. My weight was always 220 and never moved. Then two years ago I was seriously injured. My injuries confined me to a hospital bed and then to wheel chair. I lost almost all my strength. I have no illusion that the strength in my legs will never be what it once was but I can get back the stamina. This time I want to have the buffed, all be it smaller, look that people find sexy. I want to be able to walk more then fifteen minutes and stand longer then an hour. I want to be me again. I want to complete the journey from injury to fully recovery in the next twelve months.

I want to LOSE 100 lb

12%
