Well its in the 80's here & sunny. Last couple days have been rainy, but a drizlle compaired to back east weather... lol, that doesn't make it any easier does it? The holidays were good. thanks, yours?

What do you mean any other form of it? I lift for size for about 2mos, then lift for strength for about 2 months... I very rarely do cutting lifting, cuz I just don't cut well!
