Started in high school, found I put muscle on fast & could carry it. I love the look of muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love being more powerful than many in my gym! It's an awesome feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a big girl - take a look at my stats... I so badly would love to be cut! Thats not my body type - but it sure motivates me!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I've taken 2nd as an all natural heavy weight in the NGA. I don't cut well... I'm always the most muscular to walk on stage, but never the most ripped... I'm truly built for powerlifting.

Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to get back from the serious injuries I've had in the last few years (none related to lifting). Doing high reps, light weight, cardio, & a competition diet. Due to a medical problem, losing weight is much more difficult for me & will take a bit longer than the usual diet. I WILL get back down to about 168lbs. as an all natural heavy weight I tip the scales in my favor with my mass & symmetry... I'm just kinda missing the shredded part. ;)
