8oz bottle of Grape Juice w/ Creatine

Meal 3 - 1:00
PB & J Sandwich

8oz Chicken Breast
1 Bagel

Meal 5 - 7:00
8oz Chicken Breast
Orange Roughy

Meal 6 - 10:00
Approx. 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
2 Boiled Eggs
