When I Started: May, 2006
How I Started: I was in wrestling in my freshmen year and we would lift weights in the weight room but never really got into it. The only thing I cared was to end my day and get the whole weight training thing to go by as fast as it can. Intil one day my friend Andrew, inspired me and got me to go on this site which made me wanna be big and i thought i might look better big than chunky. So i started to get dumbbells and still using them but hopefully i'll get a memebership into a gym.
Why I Love It: I love working out because of how I'm competing against myself and once in a while with my friends. At first my wrestling coach was saying how when you lift, you go for the pump and the pain, i never really understood what he ment till I felt it. Now I WANT the pain and the pump.
How I Stay Motivated: I go on teenbodybuilding.com or i talk to my friends about it. Soon i'll get some magazines and read about it, oh and also probably gonna get some books on bodybuilding at Borders.
BB Accomplishments: I'm aiming to be like all those typical bodybuilders (or from what i know of) to bulk up and then stay lean. Get big/fat and work out, and intill I feel like i'm at the stage where i want to get lean, i'll go lean. But for right now, i'm trying to lose some fat off my mid-section.
