I just got another tattoo and have to let it heal before I hit the gym again. I have also been eating junk food non stop so Im getting back to eating healthy and I feel a lot better. Looking for a new exercise gameplan, anyone have anything interesting I should try?

Brian, thanks for the add and the kudos. You want to add mass and stay lean. Eat clean Mon-Fri. Boost those food intake big on the weekend and hit those havy lifts on Monday. i.i. squats or deadlifts.
