Saturday/Sunday The workout Rest day today, and also Sunday (today) to get ready for the heavy week ahead of me. Haven't really felt much of any of the other products kick in yet, but the results will hopefully show.

Friday The workout Shoulders: .5 mile Jog on the tread mill to warm up Barbell Shoulder Press: 5x5 Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 4x10 Side Lateral Raises: 3x10 Rear Lateral Raises: 3x10 Went a little heavy with the presses, and went for good form and slow reps with the raises. Tried the little experiment with the Super Pump, and got the little kick I was looking for right when I was getting worn out, in the middle of my workout.
