By knowing that I am setting a good example for my family.
BB Accomplishments:
I think that, for me, a major accomplishment has been working my way up on the bench press from no plates to 45's for three sets of eight :) I have always been confident with my leg strength, but never had that when it came to my upper body. I never ever thought I could bench 45 pounds let alone 135 :)

I am working on lowering my BF% while trying to maintain progress at the gym :)
Goal (Long):
Heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes run in my family. I know that I have a higher chance of developing these diseases and it worries me. I feel that I have a healthy relationship with food and I hope that I can use that to become stricter with what I eat without feeling deprived. I've cut out sugar and refined flours etc. already and want to really reduce the amount of sodium that I consume as well.
While avoiding these diseases may be my driving force for overall health and longevity, I'm also hoping to be a stronger, more defined, shrink-wrapped version of me. That's not too much to ask for, right? ;)
Hey...I'm taking creatine for two days now. Ten years before I tried it already but I got severe runs from it, so I broke it off. This time I clue up myself a little deeper, and it seems my body can handle it well this time. My intake is 2,5 grams per day. I take it with fennel tee, added with 2 tbsp of sugar. Adding carbs to creatine make it more "amicable" (...right expression?). Marion
