Starting point - side End of July
Same day, different pose (terrible posture...) Began my mass phase here. Little diet change, added Whey protein and creatine mono only. Lifting every other day (push/pull/shoulders) and light cardio.

After my initial muscle building phase. Down about 3% body fat and gained a few pounds.

Showing some tri (yes, they actually exist now). At this point, I'm stopping the whey protein and creatine and cutting the diet to 750 cal under maintenance level. Cardio goes up to 5 days a week. Check back in two months and hopefully I won't be recognizable.

Progress pics for 4 months in. I seem to be losing large amounts of visceral adipose tissue right now... so I'm much smaller... but still poor definition.
