How I Started:
I stated lifting for baseball my junior year of HS. I started getting offers to play so i started to lift pretty heavily. Got to College and decided not to play(Burnt out) but i had developed a huge interest in the body. Now i am majoring in exercise and movement science and plan on making this my life.
Why I Love It:
It's my escape from things and i love to see what you can do to your body with dedication and a vision.
How I Stay Motivated:
Body Space pictures and i have always had a vision of what i want my body to look like. Now i am tryin to make the vision a reality.
What up dude, anytime you feel like you pulled something take a day or two off until you feel you are ok to train, no point in making something worse than it already is..always better to heal up.
I would give it a few days. Some-times our bodies give us weird sensations from slight nerve irritations. If it hasn't improved in a week or if the numbness spreads then I would get into the doc!
Ya i got that last week, thanks for sending it to me! do you think that 10-15 reps a set is too many unlike 5-8 reps a set. i did change my split it seems to be working well.
