When I Started:
How I Started:	Well working at bodybuilding.com and being around people who are very into working out really helps get me motivated and that's how I started.
Why I Love It:	I love to work out because I feel healthier and more energized through out the rest of that day. It makes me feel better about myself and gives me more confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:	Picturing my perfect body is all I need to stay motivated!
BB Accomplishments:	I have lost 37 pounds to date. I am focusing on lowering my body fat % and toning up and working on a 6 pack

What leg workout has worked best for you?

I LOVE working out my legs! I think they are by far my strongest body part. I like the leg press!
