Competition and training have always been a part of who I am, this goes all the way back to when I was a kid. I love to compete and I never settle for mediocrity, and training is no different. Tinkering with my training constantly and testing my body physically and mentally that adds a whole new element.
Why I Love It:
There are so many reasons I love working out. It is hard to put that into a few words. Just knowing that there are no limitations on how far I can go physically and athletically, that alone is enough to love it. Everyday and every workout is a new challenge and a new test, and envisioning the outcome of the final product, that gets me pumped.
How I Stay Motivated:
Visualizing the end result and staying strong mentally. Setting myself up for success and surrounding myself with the right kind of people. Draw motivation from pictures, quotes, and biblical principles of fitness, health, and nutrition. Success breeds success! Don't surround yourself with people that are going to bring you down.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any Bodybuilding accomplishments, but I will have a ton of physical and athletic accomplishments very soon. My hats off to all those who do compete in the Bodybuilding world, and good luck with your upcoming contests.

This is what happens when your personal and professional life gets out of hand. Last year was the worst year ever. Words can't describe how disgusted I was when I first saw these pics. However those hard times are over and I am rebuilding myself inside and out. I am not much to look at now...
Slim down to 195lbs and 8% body fat, by the end of August 2008
Goal (Long):
Last year was horrible on a personal and professional level, and as a direct result my physique and my athleticism went to the dumps. However perseverance, overcoming tragedy, having the heart of a lion, and not allowing failure to break me down has allowed me to rise up out of the ashes to accomplish what I plan to do in 2008. Long term I want to have a 50 plus in vertical. Run a 4.3 forty yard time and a 6.5 sixty yard time. I will have my ripped midsection, and be a true example of athletic perfection for myself and the athletes I train. My focus is on another level and I will achieve greatness.
Its been a few days since my last blog entry. I have been on bodybuilding.com and have been interacting with some pretty amazing people and I look forward to the continual growth of my friends list. My stats are still pretty low for my bodyspace but thats ok. Those stats will continue to...
