How I Started:
I realized that my body is not made to be slim and tiny, it never has, and that I love muscular figures, so it just finally made sense. I also love sports. I used to swim competitively, and I did Martial Arts for years. I seem quite drawn back to my roots lately so it all is falling together like a puzzle.. Plus I had gained a little weight when I fell into a two year depression. So tired of being the victim, ready to be the example , especially for my kids.
Why I Love It:
I get a rush :p
How I Stay Motivated:
Just constantly looking at my progress with clothes, and in the mirror.. What I call my personal little 'Narcissistic' moments :) Plus I see my kids faces, they look so proud of me and the progress I have made. I'm finally leading by example instead of preaching. They are my own little fan base, the best kind.. being super-mom..
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet, hope that one day I might e able to compete in the light weight category.

aw man, sorry to hear that. but it sounds like you found the good in it. I've been doing good. changing up my workouts this week to cut even more, just using cables and doing cardio.
