Overall Goal:  My goal is to compete next year in Fitness Competition and Fame SA Tour. My ultimate goal is to become a well known Fitness Model. I want to lose 12% of body fat. I want to have more muscle definition.

How I Started:
I decided that I wanted to take control over my life and my health. After suffering from Glandular Fever and having to drop all forms of exercise and sport in school i decided that i wanted to get back into fitness. It was extremely tough and frustrating in the beginning. Having to start really light and slow. I studied Personal Training in 2006 and this helped me understand how to incorporate exercise into my life and how to change my life and the lives of others and how to use correct form. I started building muscle rather quickly. Although I've always had a rather muscular natural physique. I have made my user name Athena because there have always been many set backs along the way.(to name a few heart and kidney problems, torn gastronemius'...) I've always faced them head on and grown stronger. I feel that I have a warrior spirit.
Why I Love It:
I love the ability to know that my body is working effectively and to the best of it's ability. I love the rush of adrenaline that I get when I'm on the way to the gym. Benefits of being fit and healthy. I love the results when I look in front of the mirror and know that it was my own strength of body, mind and spirit that transformed me this way.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read alot of success stories. I also get motivated when training family or friends and watching them obtain results. I am also very ambitious by nature so I push myself to obtain my goals too.

Feeling alot better today will definitely be back at the gym tomorrow.

Will do 45min Cardio session on my exercise bike at home after work.

Very excited to train tomorrow start hectic cardio training need to lose that bf quick and get alot leaner.

Two sessions of cardio a day...
