I didn't really see how bad this picture was till recently. Shocking- I look pregnant! I was probably between 135-140lbs.

Fully Relaxed... From the side- At a wedding trying to figure out the cupid shuffle... I feel REALLY big in this dress not comfortable at all... Not happy... Really Want to lose some weight

Before working out- you can the fatty arms and belly- I had trouble balancing here too- bet I could do it better now

4 months since I started working out- Here I had no confidence and I wasn't pleased with my body at all

7 months since I started- I feel a lot better about myself- I feel comfortable and confident in my clothes and I'm down to 125lbs.

It's been One year and One month since I started- I'm down to 122lbs. Its getting hard to get down any further- but Im starting to LoVe my body and just wanting to keep improving
