How I Started:
I've always been interested in nutrition and exercise.. I started going to the gym when I was 13years old but I didn't know exactly what I was doing- I'd do machines and the treadmill but I was always real intimated by the weights- so I would always hit phases on going to the gym... my boyfriend (JC23) really got me started and really understanding. We decided to start up at the gym as work out partners and we've been there every week since.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing myself improve. When I can do more weight or go longer than yesterday. The way your body changes. I really love after working out you feel energized and just a happier person. And I love love being sore!
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace- looking at other women's profiles who are very impressive, Arnold Classic was a huge motivation for me- it really makes you want to push yourself after going to a show and the expo, This is weird but it helps me- during work outs if I am having trouble pushing myself I picture my dream self- this really motivates me to work really hard
I didn't really see how bad this picture was till recently. Shocking- I look pregnant! I was probably between 135-140lbs.
Fully Relaxed... From the side- At a wedding trying to figure out the cupid shuffle... I feel REALLY big in this dress not comfortable at all... Not happy... Really Want to lose some weight
This member inspires me because he works so0o hard.. he puts his heart into everything he does and he is very disciplined... he has taught me almost everything i know and I really look up to him
I find this member so0o inspirational because she works so hard- her progress has been amazing... I look up to her as in how I would like my training to be going. She inspires me to eat better, and defiantly train harder!

I tell Some of my friends but I don't like talking about it with people because I don't like it when others talk about working out constantly because it kind of comes off that you want people to think you work out instead of them looking at you and realizing you do on their own. I use body space for my fitness goals and such. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Start a body space... it helps me so much to just stay on track and talk to people who are doing exactly what your doing or wanting to do... And defiantly to have a work out partner of some kind
Friday was the worst day of my whole entire life! My boyfriend of three years broke up with me- well he wanted a break.... he doesnt know if he wants to marrie me so he wants to be single- whatever- there is a homewrecker on his dick- might have something to do with it... so...

I am just relaxing today. Day off from work. Will be doing biceps and abs today, with some cardio thrown in. Then I have to do some school work. Other than that, just a nice rainy, relaxing day. How is ur training going?

hey girl, sorry it took me so long! my competition was great. i prolly wont compete till the spring/summer of 2010. till then im building soem mean muscle hahaha. def look A lot different from my show. blah. so how are things on your end?
