Nope, no idea. I know part of the time when I'm back where my old gym was I can train there for free. Other than that... we'll have to see what happens.

Right now in Connecticut, going to be all over Pennsylvania and New Jersey during the month of July though. Then back for school in the fall. Pretty weird schedule.

Unfortunately I'm in a transition period where I just moved to a new state and am going to be going on the road soon, so I'm just trying to get to various gyms whenever I'm able to. Kind of a lame situation.

You won't see any glaring side effects, but you also probably won't get maximum benefits from it. Your kidneys probably don't care for it much either although there won't be any immediate repercussions.

It depends, I vary it. Set of decline weighted crunches, hanging weighted leg raises, machine curls, oblique crunches, or other various things. Just gotta hit em' from different angles really. GL in your efforts man.
