How I Started:
- Ran close to the marine 5 miles in high school and missed it.
- Been trying for years to get back to working out, so this year finally said enough is enough time to work out.
Why I Love It:
- Feeling of accomplishing something and the release after
- The sense of rebuilding, and improving the body temple

Atem09Bchanged Weight from 225 lbs. to 210 lbs., a 15 lb. loss in 110 days
- Go from 230 to 180-185
- Drop down to 10-13% body fat
Goal (Long):
- I first wanna lose 20-30 pounds and get back down to my high school weight of 185.
- To finally be able to decently lift weights which have been trouble in the past.
- Strengthen my lower back as my family has had a history of problems.
- I also wanna get back to running 3 1/2 miles before breaking a sweat, and aim for the Marine 5 mile.
- A longer term goal is to tone up a little be and finally try for a look good enough to finally walk around without my shirt and be proud of it!
