- Ran close to the marine 5 miles in high school and missed it. - Been trying for years to get back to working out, so this year finally said enough is enough time to work out.

- Feeling of accomplishing something and the release after - The sense of rebuilding, and improving the body temple

- Go from 230 to 180-185 - Drop down to 10-13% body fat
Goal (Long):
- I first wanna lose 20-30 pounds and get back down to my high school weight of 185. - To finally be able to decently lift weights which have been trouble in the past. - Strengthen my lower back as my family has had a history of problems. - I also wanna get back to running 3 1/2 miles before breaking a sweat, and aim for the Marine 5 mile. - A longer term goal is to tone up a little be and finally try for a look good enough to finally walk around without my shirt and be proud of it!

I want to LOSE 50 lb

You need to update more of your stuff! and get to the gym! There is no way to "lose face fat" or any other specific body area, but by losing overall weight your body composition will change.
