For now I focus on heavy lifts and eat alot.
I'm trying to avoid putting on to much body fat, so I eat alot of fish and chicken and lots of fruit.

Thanks for your comments and pic rating . I was a hard gainer too and it took me over 20 yrs (!)to build an acceptable body
