Monday: Chest, Heavy lifts.
Tuesday: Legs, Squats, Lunges, Calves, abbs.
Wednesday: Mid and Lower Back, Heavy Lifts.
Thursday: Shoulders and Traps, Heavy Lifts.
Friday: Arms, Heavy Lifts.
Saturday: Some cardio, abbs again.
Sunday: usally rest.
I try to consume about 3,000 to 3,500 calories a day, I'm what you call a hard gainer.
