Minimal supplementation.
I only supplement with three things. I use IsoNatural Whey Protein Isolate - which is unflavored and unsweetened - made up into a smoothie with juice, fruit, and banana and sometimes a dash of pudding mix for flavor. While I do eat multiple other forms of lean protein, this is the best post-workout option for me to really get the quickly digestible protein and carbs in that prime time.
I take a general multi-vitamin to make sure I'm covered on basic nutrients in case some days are lacking. I take fish oil because I do not like seafood and might otherwise not get adequate Omega-3s.
My goal is to get as far as I can get physically without all the fancy supplementation, even if that means it takes me several years longer.

Astraxialus Upper body went well, but I've definitely lost some strength specific to pushups and need to re-focus on that.
