How I Started:
I got tired of weighing less than my Girl friend and she only weighted 135lbs (I was 120lbs). So I decided to pick up some weights and make a change.
Why I Love It:
Its good to stay healthy especially when you see people around you that are your age deteriorate by choosing an unhealthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I actually write a regimen for both exercise and nutrition so I can be reminded of what I have to do and stick to it. I'm always surprised that most people at the gym do not bring a workout schedule of some sort with them. Jesus Christ I mean how are people to remember what they did last time. Don't they want to improve and make gains?
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 120lbs to going over 200lbs (at one point) but whatever. I guess being able to bench over 300lbs is an accomplishment. I would have never thought I could do that a few years before.

Maintaining my short term goal. I don't want to be a freak or anything and weigh 250lbs. At my height I'd look too stocky and I doubt the ladies would like that.

Another strong cardio today! I started with the stationary bike for 20 minutes and burnt 292 calories which is the second best amount burnt for this exercise (the best being 296 cals on day 86). Once again I didn’t think I’d pull through with it and I’d duck out early, but I pushed...

Thanks for the response. I'm glad you're open to feedback. I'd just hate to see you gain 30 lbs of fat just to have to burn it off. Simply put, why eat that many excess calories in the first place?!?! I will recommend you read "The New Rules of Lifting" by Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove. More important than the routines is the updated approach to being fit and lean. Hint: It's not just bodybuilding!
Much respect for the effort you are putting forth to meet your goals. Just out of curiosity, why do you plan to add 30 lbs of fat if your goal is to gain 10 lbs of muscle and be lean? Before you think I'm a jerk, please see my height and starting weight. Peace.
