How I Started:
I started in highschool at age 16. Before this I was in Karate and kali. I wanted to gain some weight. Running track sucked because I was still skinny...wanted to get bigger.
Why I Love It:
I love the stretch and release my body experiences of muscles and stress. Skinny didn't look good on me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately it's been in seeing how hard others are working. I listen to good music and remember my men overseas. I think of my next tour and how I will to be ready.
Wendy puts in alot of effort and her dedication to perfection simply shows!
She is positive and holds her head highly in regards to her training! definitely one I would love to workout with!
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I love oatmeal with whole milk. Oats have 10 grams protein per cup and the carbs last me a long time. The oats swell up in my stomach helping me keep my hunger down.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I talk to my brothers in arms. I drink water and I think of all I have managed to overcome. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
In living clean for myself I can help my son through his growth and development. I am able to focus more on my primary objectives throughout the day and get them planned out properly thus keeping to a schedule. Today I walked a mile to the gym. After getting there I did 5 sets of 25 reps on the squat rack. Then I went to the leg extension rack and did 5 sets of 25 with 100 pounds. I was pretty beat and sat in the hot tub. I dried off and hit the bench doing 3 sets of 50 reps with 135 on the bar. Next...
very cool man and thank you. the new plan i started yesterday consists of what i think is a pretty decent fiber tearing program. i'm really liking it and hope i see results. my only new question deals with mass supps. do you have any suggestions? i'm eating everything in site along with taking no-shotgun, synthesize, and bsn true mass. i seem to have hit a plateau for the first time ever. hope ya had a great thanksgiving!
My Thanksgiving was great, Rickie, thanks. I had family staying with me from Wednesday thru Sunday night and others in and out throughout the week so I was BUSY and enjoyed every minute of their company! My diet and training weren't stellar but they didn't suffer too, too badly. I'm back on track now :)
