In high school, at 135lbs., I always felt like the little guy. I wanted to bulk up and have more muscle mass. I've also learned that I'm someone who has a lot of difficulty building muscle mass, even when I do everything right.
Over several years, I've been able to make small gains very gradually to my current weight that hovers between 155 and 160. I feel so much more comfortable in my skin and genuinely like the way I look. It's an incredible feeling.
