How I Started:
I met a guy that worked out on occasions. He took me to the gym for a weeks trial. Taught me the ropes on losing weight and how to use machines and I went from there.
Why I Love It:
Image and health plays a big part in everyday life. I love it because it gave me more confidents and that can take me any where in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Over weight and made it hard growing up. What motivates me the most is being me. A lot of people respect me because I am well put together for my age, mind, body and spirit. That keeps me improving and going. I respect others and is alway willing to learn more. Don't disrespect me because you can't seem to leave your eagle behind the door.....Oh Come on i'm only 5'3 1/2 I love when someone trys comparing me to a guy twice my age and size...just tells me i'm doing everything right.
BB Accomplishments:
I grew up as a very over-weight and depressed child. My social life was non-existent. I was quite literally on a downward spiral I feared I would never recover from. It wasn't until I discovered weight loss as a solution to my problems that my life finally turned around. I haven't looked back since. For someone 5' 3" going from nearly 200lb to 120lb it has been a life altering experience for me. I always tell people " My stretch marks are more a badge of honor then scars".

I didn't come here for you.. I didn't come here to see you....I would still be here if there was no one here..Simple as that..Don't make it fun....Don't make it a sport...Make it a job...Make it an addiction...A job that has to be done...Put your mind in that type of mode...and your body will react to it!!!!
Stress is hitting me bad, now that I have a new position at work it hard. Working third shift and try to fit in the proper diet and workout is hard. On top of that gotta run around to take care of bills and life livings. Its so hard now working at night and trying to find time to work out....
