Well where to start I have not really trained other than playing baseball for the last 6 months. My second son was born 6 months ago and between the sleepless nights and long hours at work I totally lost all motivation and I cancelled my gym membership I just couldn't keep paying money for nothing. This week I have found a small amount of motivation and started working out again at home. I have limited equipment and weights but I really need to make a change now for the better to be around...
