How I Started:
I have always played sport mainly baseball and it has always helped working out, but my dad was also big into bodybuilding when he was younger so he got me started when i was younger but i have really been on again off again over the years. But i am back at it again seriously for around the last month.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results and feeling better about myself.
