How I Started:
I'm a dancer and I really enjoy all of the benefits that I get from working really hard at something I love. Recently, I decided that I wanted to concentrate more on specific body parts to help me improve my dancing, as well gain muscle and live a healthier lifestyle. My boyfriend really gave me the inspiration to pursue my goals and he helped me put a workout together that will put me on the right track.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after I work out. I feel accomplished, and better about myself. I definitely feel I have more energy throughout the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
How you feel after a good workout says it all.

I honestly have never met anyone like Ryan. I admire so many things about him - his drive, dedication, and his all around character is really just amazing not to mention inspiring. He gave me the inspiration to start lifting and running. When I saw how passionate and dedicated he was to sticking to his workout plans, it really made me want to get more serious about being in shape. I love Ryan for so many reasons, and these are just a few- he is truly a great person.
You did REALLY good at the gym! That was a lot to handle for legs and shoulders. I hope when we get to school, you have an idea of what to do. I'll help you with any supplements and work outs.
