Good progress man. For delts go for military press, as much as you can lift properly for 8-10 reps, that would develop the front. For the sides, lateral raises with cable of dumbbells, but get the form right because it's a tricky exercise to do. For the rear delts, you can use the rear delt row with a barbell or dumbbell. Those are the basics. Check this site out: http://exrx.net/Lists/ExList/S houldWt.html#anchor166631
I think a minimum of 2 days is necessary even if you're young, which means you can push more. As you get older you will definitely need more rest. Remember gains are made outside of the gym not in it. Working out just provides the stimulus the body needs to grow. But then you need to give your body time to react, recuperate, adapt, as necessary which = stronger and/or bigger muscles.
Good progress for 16, stay determined and you're gonna get far. I was looking at your workout schedule, don't you think you need a rest day or two in there?
