How I Started:
I used to be about 30lbs overweight and I wanted to be healthier and feel better about myself. Once I started seeing results I was completely hooked.
Why I Love It:
There is no better feeling to me than feeling strong. I love a good challenge and when I get done working out I feel like I've actually accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I am currently training to be in my first Figure Competition in June. The thought of being on stage w/ hundreds of people staring at me is motivation enough.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 30lbs and keeping it off. More muscle definition to come!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm on the 6 meals a day, high protein and low carb plan.

I would LOVE to have a body like Maggie Duibaldo. She's beautiful, confident, and strong! My goal is to have a nice carved 6 pack like she has.
